This is one of the better pizza’s I’ve made in my life! Simple and delicious and a little fancy (if I do say so myself)! Some of my Texas people are in luck with this recipe because this crust is by H-E-B and is AMAZING and 12 points for the entire crust! 2 Ingredient dough is another perfect option, roll it out thin and pre-bake for that crispy crust!
INGREDIENTS
Extra Thin Pizza Crust (I use my HEB store brand and its 12sp for the entire crust. You can use 2 ingredient dough or any pizza crust you like!)
Classico Light Alfredo Sauce
Cooked Chicken Breast
1/2 cup baby bella mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese (Fat free for low points but baby bel or regular is great!
Pinch of Italian seasoning for the top
DIRECTIONS
Start by adding 1/2 cup light alfredo evenly across the crust. Then add your chicken and mushrooms and finally top with mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with italian seasoning and bake according to crust instructions. (I believe ours is 375 for about 10 minutes, if you use 2 ingredient dough I would pre-bake the dough for 8ish minutes at 400 degrees).
You could also add a drizzle of buffalo sauce for a buffalo chicken pizza! (I’d leave off the mushroom but that’s just me!)
