Yields 4 subs with 4 meatballs each at 476 calories each.
INGREDIENTS
Hoagie rolls of choice, mine were 6sp
1lb lean ground turkey
1 packet frozen chopped spinach
2 tbsp ranch seasoning
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp italian seasoning
Garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste
Homemade zero point marinara or favorite jarred sauce

DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together and form into 1 inch meatballs, mine made 15 total.
Add into the marinara and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours until meatballs are cooked through (I did mine for like 9 hours and it was okay lol!)
Add your meatballs and sauce to your roll and broil in the oven for 2 to 3 minutes until cheese is melted and the bread is lightly toasted.
Dip in ranch, obviously.
