These spinach-feta meatballs are some of the best meal prepped items to have on hand! You can plan these for lunches or keep a batch in the fridge to use throughout the week in different ways.They’re great alone or with your favorite sauce (Hello, ranch. I’m looking at you!)
INGREDIENTS
2lbs 99% Fat Free Ground Turkey
Handful of fresh spinach (a package of frozen will work too!)
5oz Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
Garlic Powder, Salt, Pepper, any seasoning of choice!
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together and form into 1 inch meat balls.
Air fry them for 6-8 minutes at 360 degrees, shaking the basket halfway through.
OR Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. My batch made 24 meatballs.
