These mini Italian meatloaf’s are the perfect meal prep or weeknight dinner! Simple to make and delicious leftover, add this to your next meal plan and you wont be disappointed!
INGREDIENTS
1 to 1.5lbs ground turkey (I used 93%)
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1 Tbsp dried parsley
1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Ranch Powder (optional)
Salt & Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together and make 8 equal sized mini loafs that come to the top of the muffin pan.
Bake at 425 for 15-17 minutes, until the turkey is completely cooked through.
Serve with Marinara!
