In my opinion, you cannot go wrong with a cold pasta salad! This is one of my favorite combinations to add with some chicken for an easy but amazing weekly meal prep! It’s also a crowd pleaser and perfect to bring along to a cookout or pot luck dinner! Super fresh and great any time of year!
INGREDIENTS
•2 cups pasta (or 11 points of your pasta choice!)
•1 tomato- diced
•15 Hormel Turkey Pepperonis (1sp)
•3 Land O Frost Canadian Bacon Slices (1sp)
•1 point mozzarella cheese stick (You could use a babybel light or some shredded mozzarella if you want)
•4 Tbsp Light Olive Garden Dressing
•Tbsp Dijon Mustard (optional)
•Pinch of italian seasoning
DIRECTIONS
1. Cook pasta and wait until cooled. Dice your tomato, pepperoni and Canadian bacon and cheese stick (black olives would be good too!) 2. Add in the dressings and Italian seasoning and combine all ingredients and let chill in the fridge overnight.
This is perfect as a meal prep side or a dish to bring to a get together!
