Yields 11 cups at 233 calories per cup.
INGREDIENTS
3 chicken breasts
3 cans great northern beans
2 cans green Chile’s
1 jar salsa verde
1 can rotel
1 cup chicken broth
1Tbsp each garlic powder, onion powder, cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Add everything to crock pot, no need to drain!
Cook on low for 3-4 hours until the chicken shreds easily.
Shred chicken breast and put back in the chili and stir.
If you want to drain your beans just add more chicken broth!
