Yields 4 huge servings at 216 calories.
This is one of my new favorite dump and go crock pot recipes! Since I use pre-cooked chicken there is no need to cook anything in advance, just mix it all in your crock pot and you’ll have a delicious meal in a few hours! Feel free to make this on the stove top for a fast week night dinner!
INGREDIENTS
12oz Cooked fajita chicken (I used two 6oz packages from HEB)
2 cups chicken broth
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can black beans
1 can pinto beans
1/2 cup yellow onion (frozen or raw, feel free to add bell pepper as well!)
2 Tbsp Ranch Seasoning powder
2 Tbsp Fajita Seasoning
DIRECTIONS
Drain and rinse both cans of beans then add everything into the crock pot and stir until well combined.
Cook on low for 2 to 4 hours!
This is even better the next day!
