If you haven’t noticed by now, I love buffalo anything! Pizza, sandwiches, dips, and meatballs! These are so easy and packed with amazing flavor! Great for meal prep or a dinner at home, just don’t forget the ranch for dipping!
INGREDIENTS
•1lb ground chicken or ground turkey
•1 pack or 2-3 Tbsp of ranch powder
•Franks buffalo sauce to taste (I use about 5 Tbsp)
•1/3 cup bread crumbs
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat airfryer (or oven) to 400 degrees.
2. Combine chicken, bread crumbs, ranch powder, and about 2-3 Tbsp of Frank’s buffalo sauce in a bowl until ingredients are well incorporated.
3. Form 1-1.5 inch meatballs (mine made 15 total).
4. Add 4-6 into the airfryer at a time and cook for 6-7 minutes, shaking or turning them over halfway through!
5. Toss in more buffalo sauce before serving
*For the oven: preheat to 400 degrees, line on a baking sheet sprayed with Pam or olive oil spray, bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through!
