Yields 12 bars at 201 calories each.
This recipe might still be tweaked later on but I couldn’t wait to share it! Easy and so delicious, plus you can really do any flavor you want! Get creative in your kitchen and let me know what you come up with!
INGREDIENTS
4 cups Rolled Oats
4 cups Almond Milk
1 to 1.5 cups frozen blueberries
2 eggs
1/2 cup apple sauce (could replace this with 2 smashed bananas)
1/2 cup Maple Syrup
4 Tsp cinnamon
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tsp Baking powder
Pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl then carefully pour this mixture into a greased baking dish, I used a 9×13. Them mixture is very liquidy and thinner than a typical batter, so don’t be worried if yours is too. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until the center is completely cooked through and golden brown. Cut into 12 even squares and enjoy!
