BEST ROASTED POTATOES

Yields 4 to 6 servings of 1/2 cup servings at 70ish calories

Roasted potatoes are the perfect side dish to any dinner recipe you have planned! Super versatile since you can add any blend of seasonings that suits you and your meal! We love these with stuffed chicken breast, steak and tilapia! This is a staple recipe in my house!


INGREDIENTS


  • -1 package baby potatoes of choice, quartered (Yukon gold, red, fingerling, just smaller potatoes)

  • -Olive Oil Spray (Or olive oil but track accordingly)

  • -Seasoning of choice


Here are some blends i love:

  • Ranch powder with salt and pepper

  • Garlic powder, onion powder

  • Italian seasoning, salt and pepper

  • Blackened seasoning, salt and pepper

  • Tony Chachere’s creole seasoning (green bottle) don’t add extra salt, this is salty!

  • Zesty Italian seasoning packet


DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425.

  2. Half or quarter your potatoes depending on size

  3. Spray with olive oil until evenly coated, too with seasoning blend and toss together on a sheet pan so all seasoning is evenly distributed

  4. Bake for 25 minutes

  5. After 25 minutes toss them around with a spatula so they get browned on all sides, bake for an addition 10 to 15 minutes until perfectly golden brown and slightly crispy on the edges!
