Yields 3 servings at 193 calories per serving of shrimp
This spicy shrimp dish was a hit with my boyfriend, Morgan! It was quick and easy to whip up on a week night and is the perfect healthy dish for a little date night!
INGREDIENTS
1lb shrimp of choice (we used medium frozen)
3 Tbsp Chobani savor (you can also use sour cream, plain Greek yogurt, or mayo)
1.5 Tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce
3/4 Tbsp Sriracha
DIRECTIONS
Cook shrimp according to package instructions (we did it on a skillet with salt and pepper).
In a separate bowl mix your sauce ingredients and adjust to your own taste (we added 1 more Tbsp of Chobani savor!).
Once your shrimp is fully cooked, toss them in the sauce and plate!
We served with Trader Joe’s vegetable fried rice (6sp per 1 1/4 cup)
Would also go great with my cauliflower fried rice for a super low point meal!
