These easy baked turkey meatballs are perfect for a weeknight when you need some filling comfort food! These are great on pasta, zucchini noodles, or sub rolls topped with mozzarella! This recipe is WW friendly and a huge crowd-pleaser!
INGREDIENTS
1lb 99% lean ground turkey (Any ground meat of choice will work, I use 99% turkey for lowest points!)
1/3 grated cup Parmesan
2 Tbsp ranch powder
Parsley
Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together and form 12 meatballs.
Place on a baking sheet sprayed with non stick spray and bake at 425 degrees for 15-17 minutes until completely cooked through.
Serve over spaghetti noodles or zoodles with your zero point marinara!
